How to register

  • Please register online. Registration via e-mail or phone is not possible.

  • After registration you'll receive a confirmation email and a pro forma invoice. The email serves as the confirmation of receipt for your registraion. Please ensure all your invoicing details are correct. The invoice is provided after the payment and it can not be modified once it's issued.

  • Catering services will be displayed on the invoice in a separate line for tax reasons.

  • You can pay by card or by bank transfer:

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of participation: cancellation notices should be sent to the organising secretariat: registration@symposiumszeged.com
In case of a cancellation before 1 April 2022 80% of the registration fees is repaid. In case of a later cancellation repayment is not made, however substitution is accepted. Substitution requests should be sent to the organising secretariat at registration@symposiumszeged.com.

No show: The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.

Event cancellation: The organisers reserve the right of cancellation in case of insufficient number of registrations or any other circumstances that make the conference impossible. In case of cancellation the relevant information will be share on this website and all particiants will be informed via email.
