- Participation in the event requires prior registration. To register, please use the online registration form. We do not accept registrations submitted by email or telephone.
- After registration, we will send you an official confirmation by email. The confirmation indicates that your registration has been accepted and the services you have ordered.
- You can pay the participation fee online by credit card or bank transfer. We will issue an invoice for your payment and send it to you by email. If your costs are covered by your institution, sponsor, or company, please provide the exact billing name and address, as well as the name and phone number of the contact person, as we cannot modify our invoices after the fact.
- The participation fee includes meals, which are considered benefits in kind. The tax payable on benefits in kind is always borne by the party paying the participation fee. The organizing office will itemize the participation fee on the invoice as meals and registration fees.
- Invoices will be issued to the billing name and address provided during registration. It is not possible to modify the invoice afterwards.
